Step 3: Invite suppliers via the PDX invitation flow

A new supplier should be invited to PDX via the regular PDX invitation flow. (For details on how to configure the PDX invitation flow, please refer the STEP online document)

It is recommended:

1. Invite an internal user of the retailer when initiating the invitation
2. This internal user will accept the invitation on behalf of the new supplier, where a new PDX client is created for the new supplier
3. The actual users of the new supplier can be added directly in PDX, after the connection between PDX and CSP is established and data flow is verified later (see Step 4~6)
